Somsijoin Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic (hereinafter referred to as ‘the clinic’) informs you about how the video information processed by the clinic is used and managed through the operation and management policy of video information processing devices.
The clinic installs and operates video information processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act.

You may request the operator of video information processing devices to view, confirm existence, or delete your personal video information at any time. However, this is limited to personal video information that clearly pertains to your urgent life, body, or property interests. The clinic will take necessary actions without delay if you request to view, confirm existence, or delete your personal video information.
The video information processed by the clinic is securely managed through passwords and other measures. In addition, as a management measure for the protection of personal video information, the clinic differentiates access rights to personal information and records the creation date and time of personal video information, as well as the purpose, viewer, and viewing time when accessed, to prevent alteration or forgery of personal video information. Furthermore, locking devices are installed for the safe physical storage of personal video information.
This policy for the operation and management of video information processing devices was established on April 1, 2024. In case of any additions, deletions, or modifications to the content due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the reasons for the changes and the content will be announced at least 7 days before implementation on the clinic's website or in-house postings.
